Main Mixer:

JS Series twin-shaft compulsory mixer. 60–72s discharge. High-chromium alloy parts, 30–50% longer wear life. SICOMA MAO available for large models.

Aggregates Batcher:

3-bin or 4-bin, 3–20 m³ capacity. 8–10mm steel plate + wear liners. Dual pneumatic cylinders for clean discharge.

Cement Silo:

Bolted or welded, 30–500t capacity. Level indicator for real-time inventory monitoring. Prevents unexpected shortages.

Screw Conveyor:

Tubular or trough design. Fully sealed, dust-free cement transport. Engineered for continuous operation.

Control System:

PLC fully automatic. Recipe storage, production logging, printable records. Real-time display & emergency stop.

Weighing Hopper:

Four independent units: aggregates, cement, water, additives. High-precision load cells. Auto calibration.

Weighing System:
