A construction contractor based in Armenia, specializing in infrastructure and commercial building projects across mountainous regions. With project sites often located in remote areas far from ready-mix suppliers, the client needed a production solution that could be mobilized quickly, set up on-site, and deliver consistent, high-quality concrete without depending on external supply chains.
Armenia's rugged terrain and short construction seasons meant every working day counted. Traditional stationary batching plants would require extensive civil works and weeks of installation — time the client could not afford. Additionally, the client needed the flexibility to relocate equipment between multiple project sites across different regions. Beyond concrete production, they also required aggregate processing capability to supply their own raw materials, reducing dependence on third-party quarries.
After thorough consultation and site assessment, SMAT proposed an integrated mobile solution:
YHZS60 Mobile Concrete Batching Plant — Core Production Unit
The YHZS60 is a fully self-contained batching plant mounted on a single towable chassis. It delivers 60 m³/h of consistent concrete with precision batching for aggregates, cement, water, and additives. The integrated design includes the mixer, batching system, control room, and conveyor — no foundation work required. Setup takes hours, not weeks. The automated control system supports recipe storage and production data tracking, ensuring quality consistency across every batch.
50TPH Mobile Four-Combination Plant — Aggregate Processing Partner
To complement the batching plant, we supplied a 50TPH mobile four-combination plant that integrates crushing, screening, feeding, and conveying into one mobile unit. Adjustable screen apertures allow the production of multiple aggregate grades, perfectly matching the batching plant's consumption rate. Like the YHZS60, it is fully towable and requires no permanent installation.
