The Components of SMAT Asphalt Plant
Asphalt mixing equipment is mainly composed of batching system, drying system, combustion system, hot material lifting, vibrating screen, hot material storage bin, weighing and mixing system, asphalt supply system, powder supply system, dust removal system, finished product bin and control system.
Drying Drum
Heats and dries aggregates to remove moisture, ensuring proper binder adhesion. Rotating design with burner system for efficient heat transfer.

Mixer
Blends heated aggregates with asphalt binder to produce homogeneous mix. Twin-shaft design ensures uniform coating for quality pavement.

Hot Aggregate Elevator
Equipped with an automated control system, it can realize fully automatic production operations, improve production efficiency, and reduce labor costs

Vibrating Screen
Separates aggregates into specified size fractions before mixing. Multi-deck screens ensure precise gradation control.

Bitumen Storage Tanks
Maintains asphalt binder at optimal temperature (150-170°C). Insulated and heated to prevent viscosity changes.

Cold Feed Bins
Stores and proportionates raw aggregates by size. Variable-speed feeders control material flow to dryer.

Baghouse Filter
Captures particulate emissions from drying process. Environmentally critical with 99%+ filtration efficiency.

Control Cabin
Central computerized system monitors all parameters. Ensures precise batching and temperature control.
